My name is Iwona and I am the founder of idb projekt.

I have built my career on perfecting customer service and being an assistant in varied forms within the admin/retail industry. This background has helped prepare me for my virtual assistant career.

Due to my interest and excitement about marketing,

I completed The Online Biz Skills course by Danielle Greason. It taught me everything from programmes and tools to invaluable tricks and tips that I use on an everyday basis. Only just recently I signed for Acadium programme, where I keep learning and updating my skills in marketing essentials that are in-demand in the job market. I have successfully completed Copywriting course as well.
